A Team Leader in Sales Operations will be responsible for leading and mentoring the sales executives to achieve targets, drive performance through effective coaching and monitoring, and ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications:
HSC/Graduate.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a BPO sales process, with at least 1–2 years in a team leader or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of outbound/inbound sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM systems.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
