Besides receiving the Forbes India Leadership Award in 2022 and being recognized as India’s Most Promising Leader by WCRCINT in 2020 and 2021, Abhinav continues to adapt steadily to the era of digital disruption with passion and commitment. He holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Sales, and comes with over two decades of experience in business and IT management, and revenue and profit optimization.
During his previous leadership roles, Abhinav led the growth of large-scale, global BPO firms including but not limited to GECIS, SPANCO, Intelenet (now Teleperformance), and Spice. EOSGlobe has grown significantly under his leadership, establishing itself as one of India’s top BPM providers, and has expanded its services to Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America.
Jaswinder is the Chief Technology Officer at EOSGlobe. His exemplary competency stems from over 24 years of experience in the IT domain.
Throughout his career, he has devised, developed, and maintained large and complex IT infrastructure in the IT, ITES, Aviation, and FinTech industries. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded several greenfield projects and been an integral accelerator for the global digital transformation wave.
Jaswinder has continually played an active role in strategic movements of data centers to the Cloud, application management, outsourcing of mobile application development, integration of payment gateways and wallets, and web portal development. As a visionary leader and mentor, he is known for nurturing large teams and providing technical guidance aligned with business goals.
Prior to leading EOSGlobe’s technology initiatives, Jaswinder successfully managed the entire IT infrastructure and security at Jet Group and led IT and telecom at Godrej Upstream. Multiple awards, including the Best CTO Award from ITC’s Core Media and Digital CIO Excellence Award, have distinguished him as a learned technocrat.
Sharad is the Chief Sales Officer at EOSGlobe. He comes with over two decades of experience across IT and ITES services.
An MBA in Marketing and BE (Hons.) in Computer Sciences, Sharad has played an instrumental role in creating a strategic roadmap for penetrating newer industries and driving growth. Along with a stronghold in customer acquisition, he is also adept at nurturing long-lasting client relationships.
In his previous stints, Sharad led business development for NIIT, Sparsh BPO (formerly
Intelenet & now Teleperformance), SPANCO, and Reliable Business Solutions (RBSS).
Mr. Vijay Nair is the Chief Sales Officer for International Markets at EOSGlobe. Over the course of 16 years, Vijay has gained expertise in designing and implementing breakthrough winning business models, supporting the growth and development of talent, and promoting a team culture of agility and transformation.
Vijay holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Programming from Aptech and an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. He has a unique ability to lead organizations in winning international business.
Prior to joining EOSGlobe, he spearheaded business growth through sales and marketing initiatives at AmyGB.ai., Gramener, Tata Docomo, Reliance Communications, Airtel, Birlasoft, and GE Capital.
Ms. Amal Gabal is the Vice President of Business Development at EOSGlobe. With 23 years of experience leading business development, she is a seasoned expert at planning and implementing sales strategies across multiple industries.
Amal holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Postgraduate Degree in Data Science. Her proficiency in successfully building and managing relationships with key decision makers grants her the ability to execute complex business projects and close high-profile strategic deals. Amal specializes in supporting large corporations and government institutions with outsourcing, offshoring, business analytics, digital technology and contact center solutions.
Prior to joining EOSGlobe, she successfully led sales and support teams, investment and funding plans, and partnership programs across numerous industries, including banking and finance, telecommunications, health, travel, retail, and government.
Arka is the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Solutions at EOSGlobe. He comes with over two decades of experience in the business process services industry. Arka’s domain expertise in banking enables him to better understand clients’ problems and design customized solutions for them. With a strong focus on the BFSI sector, Arka manages presales, solutions design, business development, on-site due diligence, and operations.
In addition to being an expert in US mortgage banking, he is also a client-certified residential mortgage underwriter.
Karuna oversees brand strategy and marketing for EOSGlobe. She is a digital strategist and revenue driver with over 15 years of experience across enterprise tech, IT hardware and manufacturing sectors for Reliance Jio Infocom, Emerson Network Power India, Siemens and Bharat Bijlee Ltd.
Karuna specializes in marketing communications, content strategy, digital marketing, social media marketing, social listening, demand generation, intent data, field marketing, channel marketing, and public relations.
