Job Description

The primary responsibility of a customer support executive is to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner. They need to perform front-facing duties like answering calls and responding customers’ queries. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification of 12th pass or higher 
  • Superior written and oral communication skills. 
  • Leadership skills to guide and improve a team. 
  • Good to have knowledge about customer service. 
  • Utmost patience while dealing with angry and agitated customers. 
  • Ability to respect every customer. 
  • Fast and efficient problem-solving skills.
