Quality Analyst – Sales - Bangalore

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

The Quality Analyst is responsible for evaluating and ensuring the quality of the retention process, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction. This role involves monitoring outbound retention calls, analyzing sales data, and providing feedback and training to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Monitoring:

  • Monitor and evaluate outbound sales calls to ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of sales processes and transactions.
  • Identify gaps in the sales process and recommend corrective actions.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and quality metrics.
  • Utilize data to provide actionable insights to the management.

Feedback and Training:

  • Provide constructive feedback to sales representatives based on call evaluations and performance data.
  • Individual contribution to develop and deliver training programs aimed at improving sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and quality guidelines.

Process Improvement:

  • Work with the team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure the sales process remains competitive and effective.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of quality assessments, feedback, and training sessions.
  • Develop and update documentation related to quality standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

HSC/Graduate can apply.
